By using wen.poker you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Play money only

wen.poker is a free social game. Chips are play money with no real-world value and can't be bought, sold or cashed out. wen.poker never accepts buy-ins, holds funds or pays out prizes.

Prizes are between hosts and players

A host may choose to offer a prize, bounty or buy-in arrangement with their own group. Any such arrangement happens entirely off-site, directly between the host and players. wen.poker is not a party to it, doesn't guarantee it, and isn't responsible for disputes about it. Hosts are responsible for following the laws that apply to them and their players.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older. Don't use wen.poker where online poker for fun is not allowed.

Fair play

Every hand is shuffled with a provably fair method you can check on the Verify page. Don't cheat: no collusion, no sharing hole cards, no bots or automation, no multiple accounts at one table, and no exploiting bugs. Hosts can remove players, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Be decent

No harassment, hate, threats, spam or illegal content in names or chat. We may remove content or players that cross the line.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can stop using wen.poker at any time and ask us to delete your account.

The service

wen.poker is provided as is, without warranties. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. To the extent the law allows, wen.poker isn't liable for lost chips, interrupted games, or any indirect damages from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change we'll note it on the site. Continuing to use wen.poker means you accept the updated terms.
